We very much hope that you won’t be disappointed by your purchase, but sometimes things just don’t work out. In the rare event that you’re not absolutely in love with your new watch, please complete the following returns checklist in order to qualify for free returns for all UK delivered products.
Please note that we will only refund items that qualify against the terms set out below. for all returns first dispatched to a UK address if the below form is filled out we will provide shipping labels free of charge, this however is not an insured service, if you wish to insure the package then please contact us for advise as to the best method of shipment. For all international shipments please contact us for a quote for shipping charges that may apply.
Any items purchased at our normal full retail price from our website may be returned to us for refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt. Please return faulty goods as soon you become aware of the fault. Sale items or products purchased under ‘Special Promotions’ that involve a reduction in price from the normal retail price must be returned within 7 days.* Please note that we cannot refund returned items unless all elements on the Returns Checklist are confirmed. Please note this refund policy only applies to watches sold via the website, for individual store policy’s please contact the store directly.
Once the item has been returned to ourselves then please allow up to 14 days from the date of reciept for a refund to be processed and credited to the method of payment used, in the case of our pay by finance options we will also cancel the credit agreement on your behalf once the items have been recieved and inspected
*Any purchases returned after the allocated period will be sent to the manufacturer for inspection. If upon inspection the manufacturer finds a fault that could not have been caused by the customer, repairs will then be made under the manufacturer's warranty.
Our extended Christmas returns policy is valid from 4th November 2016. This means that you can now return or exchange online purchases up until 8th January 2017. Returns and exchanges will be accepted upon presentation of the unused goods in the original packaging (with no alterations made). Please ensure that any proof of purchase and warranty which may be enclosed is also returned.

Please note that any purchase made between 1st December – 8th January will have the completed purchase warranties delivered following these dates.
If we re-sized your watch bracelet before sending it to you, please send the included links back along with your watch. Please note that we cannot accept returned watches that have been re-sized by other parties. this includes leather or rubber straps that must be cut to be fitted or by adjustment cause the strap to become marked in any way.

If the watch is paired to the mobile phone of the client and he wants to return it, then a factory reset must be selected on the watch to ensure all of the information from his mobile is erased. If this is not performed we are unable to issue a refund.
If the watch is paired to a cell but the customer has also registered this on the Connected watch website, then the watch can not be returned as it is not possible to de-register this and the watch will be forever linked to this account therefore the 14 day return policy is no longer valid on your purchase, making the connected watch non-returnable.
