Applying for finance is easy:
- 1. Choose a deposit amount

Buying a luxury watch is an investment, so we offer a variety of interest free credit and buy now pay later financing options to help spread the payments. Spend over £750 up to £16666 and you can choose to spread your payments over 12, 24, 36mths, with a minimum deposit of 10%. or if over £16666 but under £25000 then the deposit must be the amount over £15000 (the maximum loan amount)
To apply for finance you must be 21 or older, in regular employment and resident in the UK for more than 3 years. Finance is applicable for order values over £750 and is excluded from sale/promotional items. Limited finance options apply for Pre-owned watches (see individual products for details).
If your application is successful, you’ll be asked to to pay a deposit using a credit or debit card registered in your name. We use this payment to validate the details registered against your address so please ensure that the details for the card used match those provided in the credit application.
Other conditions may apply and we cannot guarantee that your application will be accepted. Stock will not be allocated until the application has been completed and approved. We reserve the right to withdraw finance on certain products at any time. Pay on Finance is provided through our external partner, V12. If your application is successful you will enter into a Credit Agreement with Secure Trust Bank Plc, who is V12’s parent company. Items can only be dispatched to the billing address unless prior arrangements have been made (please contact us prior to dispatch for further details)
Should you cancel your credit agreement and have already received products from us, then you will be liable to pay us in full for the product (unless your cancellation rights apply).

How long will it take to apply?
The online application should take no longer than a matter of minutes to complete. You should then receive an instant response confirming your application’s success. Occasionally, V12 - our 3rd party financial services provider - will need to manually check the application. In such cases V12 will confirm their decision by email within 1 working day.
What do I need to apply?
All you need to do is fill in the online form at the payment stage and add an electronic signature. Please ensure you use your full name and registered address (i.e. the same format as used by your bank). On the successful completion of your application you will be asked to verify your identity by authorising a 50p transaction against a credit or debit that you own. This is a fraud prevention measure used to validate the details you have provided - no money is taken from your account.
What happens if my application is turned down?
Applications can be declined for numerous reasons including because of typing errors or mismatching address details in the application process - please check these thoroughly. Please note that other criteria may apply and we cannot guarantee the acceptance of your application.
If your application is unsuccessful, you can still purchase the item by credit card or PayPal - please talk to our sales team about alternative payment options.

If your application is declined, it’s usually for one of the following reasons:
- you did not meet the eligibility criteria
- adverse credit reference agency information
- your credit score
- you are considered to be overcommitted financially
- your existing account performance with other lenders
If you wish to appeal the decision made by V12, it is advised that you obtain an up-to-date copy of your credit report by contacting the Experian Help Centre, before appealing directly to V12. What happens if I wish to cancel my application/return the goods?

In the event that your order contains more than one item, please note that you will need to return the full order in order to cancel the finance agreement. This means that if, for example, you have purchased 3 items but would like to return 1 of those items, then all 3 items must be returned back to us.

If your application is successful, you will enter into a Credit Agreement with Secure Trust Bank Plc (V12's parent company) which will be administered by V12.
